A Restorative Space for Growth

Therapy rooted in compassion and steadiness for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the complexity of being human.

You don’t have to walk your path alone.

Life can feel overwhelming at times - whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or a season of change. Seeking support is a natural and healthy step. Therapy offers a restorative space grounded in compassion and steadiness, where growth can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Meet Jen Glatz

MA, LPC-Associate, Supervised by Danielle Fermier.

I’m Jen, a licensed therapist who takes a client-centered, attachment-based approach to counseling. I believe each person carries a unique story shaped by their experiences, relationships, and the seasons of life they’ve moved through. In our work together, I strive to create a space grounded in compassion, steadiness, and genuine connection - where you can explore your experiences, feel truly seen, and move toward growth at a pace that feels right for you.

Areas of Support

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges.

Trauma

Traumatic experiences can shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Therapy offers a compassionate space to process these experiences safely and reconnect with a sense of stability and personal agency.

Relationship Struggles
(Marriage & Family)

Relationships can be deeply meaningful - and deeply challenging. Together, we explore patterns, communication, and emotional needs to foster greater understanding and healthier, more secure connections within marriages and families.

Mental Performance Coaching

Mental performance coaching helps teens and young adults build focus, confidence, and emotional resilience in high-pressure environments. This work supports sustainable performance in academics or athletics while protecting overall well-being.

Anxiety

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, affecting thoughts, emotions, and daily life. Therapy helps you understand the roots of anxiety while developing practical tools and greater self-awareness to restore steadiness and balance.

Depression & Postpartum Depression

The transition into parenthood can bring unexpected emotional challenges alongside moments of joy. Therapy provides a supportive space to process these feelings, reduce isolation, and reconnect with yourself during this significant life season.

How it Works
